25th Annual 100 Black Men of Chicago holiday toy drive takes over Soldier Field CHICAGO — Toys galore were dropped off at Soldier Field Tuesday night as one of Chicago's best mentoring charities drove home a selfless message during the holiday season.The non-profit organization, 100 Black Men of Chicago, hosted their 25th annual Holiday Toy Drive and Party at the Chicago Bears' home field.As singing, dancing and eating plenty of great food commenced, high profile guests made their appearances and supported the cause.Among them, Chicago police superintendent Larry Snelling and mayor Brandon Johnson, who passed on answering questions from the media. Hazmat cleanup to close I-88 between Exits 24, 25 on Dec. 6 DUANESBURG, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police are advising commuters who use I-88 to find another route on Wednesday after a truck carrying hazardous materials crashed into a ravine. The roadway will be closed in both directions at 6 a.m. between Exit 24 in Duanesburg and Exit 25 in Rotterdam for continued hazmat cleanup. A box truck carrying compressed natural gas went off the roadway Tuesday morning and closed the interstate for most of the day. The driver was hospitalized with serious injuries.
